This dish is made from chicken. The chicken meat served comes from young free-range chicken which is grilled and then seasoned with a kind of sauce whose ingredients include dry red chilies, shallots, garlic, tomatoes, fried shrimp paste, kencur, brown sugar, and salt. This food is usually served with other Lombok specialties, such as plecing kale.
